It’s thick but not so thick that it’s hard to use. Leaves my hair feeling nice and looking shiny.I took off a start for two reasons. First, I think the value could be better. The bottle was on the smaller side. Probably not a big deal if you have short hair but I go through a lot of conditioner so I notice it more. Also, the seal could be better on it. I did not see any of the product leaked out in the bottle was still clean, so it is well made.The conditioner itself was very moisturizing. My thin hair felt very smooth after using it. Most leave my hair feeling too heavy or a bit greasy, no matter how little I use. I really don't need to use much conditioner and mostly use it to help smooth out tangles after washing and a small amount of this Avocado conditioner does the job. It has a nice consistency and is easy to rinse out without leaving some residue as some conditioners I've used have done (hence the greasy feel). I also like that it has a very light scent that I can tolerate as I generally avoid scent in products as much as possible. This is a good sized bottle that should last a long time. I especially appreciate the pump applicator. I have long wondered why all hair products don't have these.
